ONLINE FEE SCHEDULE

BIRTH, DEATH, MARRIAGE & DOMESTIC PARTNERSHIP RECORDS:

County charge is $20.00 for the first copy and $3.00 for each additional copy of the same record purchased at the same time.

There will be a convenience fee of $2.50 up to $64 for anything over that amount it will be 3.95%.

Examples:

· 5 copies would break down as: County charge $32 with a convenience fee of $2.50.

· 10 copies: County charge $47 with a convenience fee of $2.50.

· 50 copies: County charge $167 with a convenience fee of $6.60

For an expedited vital record there will be an additional fee charged of $55.00

Example:

· 2 copies: County charge $23, convenience fee 2.50, expedite fee $55 for total of $80.50.

REAL ESTATE RECORDED DOCUMENT COPIES:

Uncertified copy – County charge is $2.00 for the first page of the document and then $1.00 for each additional page of that same document. Multiple copies of the same document will be charged at the same rate. Can be emailed for no extra charge.

Example with no certification requested:

· 5 page document would break down as such: County Charge $6 with a convenience fee of $2.50.

· 10 page document: County charge $11 with a convenience fee of $2.50.

Certified copy – County charge is $3.00 for the first page of the certified document and then $1.00 for each additional page of that same document. Certified copies cannot be faxed or emailed.

Example with certification requested:

· 5 page document: county charge $7 with a convenience fee of $2.50

· 10 page document: county charge $12 with a convenience fee of $2.50.
