To license a new dog in Manchester, please complete the form and return it to the Clerk’s Office with applicable fees, a rabies vaccination certificate and a spay/neuter certificate, if applicable. Residents may return the form and supporting documents by: • Mailing all documents and fees to Manchester Town Clerk PO Box 830 Manchester Ctr., VT 05255 • Using the curbside drop box at Town Hall • Visiting the Clerk’s Office in-person Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, excluding holidays Please make checks payable to the Town of Manchester *All future dog licenses must be obtained annually on or before April 1st to avoid penalties and late fees* Altered (spayed/neutered) dogs: $13.00 Unaltered dogs: $17.00
